Do You Dream Of Once Again Having A Flat Stomach And The Sexy Abs You Had When You Were Younger?
Can I recommend to you an approach that will help you reach your dream? And, by the way, reach that dream in a realistic manner too!
Hi! My name is Doug and I want to share with you a few common sense approaches to getting yourself into shape. Over time, not over night.
All to often it is easy for us to wait until the very last moment before we decide to lose weight. By taking small steps each day toward regaining your health and physical appearance you are building daily toward larger progress over time.
In other words, making small adjustments to your eating habits today add up over time. It is much easier to cut out eating one sweet each day than to stop eating sweets entirely.
I used to have an office job and hardly a day went by when there were not treats available to eat. Plus I always carried something in my lunch, cookies or leftover dessert from the night before.
At that job it was not unusual for me to eat a donut or two in the morning. have those cookies at lunch time and find some other treat to eat in the afternoon. Then at night my wife certainly had some dessert available with dinner
Day in and day out I packed in those sweets. And every time I tried to stop eating sweets I would last one or two days before going right back to eating them all.
It wasn't until I decided to cut out just one opportunity daily to eat sweets that I began to notice some difference in my weight. Don't misunderstand, I'm not saying 10 pounds fell off. Really it was more like I quit gaining weight which I attributed to the small reduction in intake.
Those small steps I referred to a minute ago...the ones that over time begin to add up into a significant difference.
I definitely recommend you try just minimal cut backs on your sweets too!
It is the small steps that begin to add up which make all the difference in your successfully changing your physical appearance.
I mean, let's get real, you are not going to cut out all sweets and change your diet to complete health foods over night. Plus then begin to exercise...doing those crunches, walking during your breaks at work and staying committed to 30 minutes every day on the tread mill.
It is too much for you all at once, believe me, I know. But you can cut out one sweet each day and eat one healthy meal 3 to 5 times each week. Plus walk, say 3 times each week, at work during a break and jump on that treadmill a couple of times.
You really can... I promise it is possible and much easier too.
Those small steps all begin to add up into larger gains toward reaching your dream of having that flat stomach all over again!
